The Estate Plan Store® does not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is received. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the Disclaimer and Terms of Use. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 10 days after the delivery date.
The Estate Plan Store® is committed to providing its customers with superior customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your estate plan and believe wording in the estate planning documentation is incorrect or erroneous, please call us at (602) 466-1641 during normal business hours within 10 days of your purchase. We would like the opportunity to correct the issue and provide you with an accurate estate plan. No revisions will be made for requests received after 10 days.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular estate plan. Since we’re dedicating time and effort to your legal document preparation, we will only make revisions to estate plans that contain issues caused by the Estate Plan Store® - not changes to your situation or state of mind.
