Affordable Estate Planning for Arizona Residents

The Estate Plan Store® was founded with the belief that everyone should have access to quality estate planning services at an affordable rate.

There’s a common misconception that estate planning is reserved for the wealthy or elite. Yet in reality, most of us need an estate plan prepared by legal professionals who can assure the content is accurate and complete.

The Estate Plan Store® currently serves residents of Arizona who are at least 18 years old. Customers receive a seven-part estate plan that includes a Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Springing General Power of Attorney, Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, Durable Mental Health Care Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, and Funeral and Burial Instructions.

Plans are in the works to expand the Estate Plan Store® to other states.

About the Founder

Founder and President Susan Faris has worked in the legal field for nearly 20 years. She first served as a judicial assistant for the Maricopa County Superior Court, and then later worked as a legal assistant in the medical malpractice and estate planning fields. In these positions, she met many hard-working adults from a wide range of families and backgrounds. She quickly discovered that those who needed legal assistance the most were often those who couldn’t afford it.

Susan, an Arizona native, found her calling at a law firm specializing in estate planning and probate. She noticed that many Arizonans lacked a will or other components of an estate plan that are vital in an emergency. She also witnessed the legal battles that ensued when rightful heirs were denied protection, or when the wishes of the deceased weren’t spelled out legally, among many other scenarios. Much of the stress, pain and legal costs could have been avoided with the proper documentation. She felt strongly that money shouldn’t be a barrier to protecting one’s assets and family.

Susan’s vision for affordable estate planning services was realized in 2010 when she launched the Estate Plan Store®. She teamed up with respected estate planning and probate attorneys to ensure customers received the same quality assistance as they would at any law firm.
